I contact you as I have a big problem with my laptop.
Last Wednesday I contacted Joao via online chat to resolve a pending control center update and with a remote connection he tried to help me.
Unfortunately after the third restart my keyboard and my mouse no longer answered so as not to allow me to access to W10.
Always Joao told me that I probably should have reinstalled W10 using a external keyboard and a external mouse.
I tried to do it with a lenovo usb keyboard and a usb mouse but without success. Key and mouse doesn't run in any of the 4 usb ports. I am unable to enter the bios
Unfortunately, in the past few days I have no longer seen online chat assistance and I'm in trouble because I can not do anything with the laptop.
Can you help me please?
